With the exception of employees recruited and employed in a company or in a given workplace, orders requiring an overnight stay away from the company or the given workplace are remunerated in addition to the hourly base rate in the amount of:
Beginner employees over 20 years of age or with more than 4 months of work experience over 18 years NOK 190.79
The new rates also apply to deductions from wages for accommodation on the company's premises:
Minimum wages for workers in this industry – NOK 207
No day on multi-day routes, with the exception of the start and finish day, is charged less than 7.5 hours a day.
Construction industry
- Skilled worker: NOK 238.30
A skilled worker is an employee who has a professional certificate or a journeyman's certificate in a given industry. Foreign certificates approved by NOKUT are equivalent to Norwegian certificates.
- Unskilled worker with no professional experience: NOK 214.80
- Unskilled worker with at least one year of professional experience: NOK 223.80
Shipbuilding industry
According to the regulation, employees who perform production, assembly and installation work in the shipbuilding industry are to have a minimum remuneration of:
- Skilled worker: NOK 204.51
- Specialized worker: NOK 195.54
- Semi-skilled workers:NOK 186.67

Cleaning industry
- Employees over 18 years: NOK 216.04
Additionally, for work between 21:00 and 6:00 a.m. there is an allowance, which should not be less than NOK 27 per hour.
Hotel and catering industry
Beginner employees over 20 years of age or with more than 4 months of work experience over 18 years NOK 190.79
The new rates also apply to deductions from wages for accommodation on the company's premises:
- single room: NOK 630.83 per month
- double room:NOK 410.30 per month per person
Electrotechnical industry
- Employees with a vocational training: NOK 242.34
- Other workers:NOK 213.66
Freight Transport by road
Minimum wages for workers in this industry – NOK 207
No day on multi-day routes, with the exception of the start and finish day, is charged less than 7.5 hours a day.
