Entering the Norwegian market can be a great opportunity for foreign companies. Norway offers stable business conditions, a transparent legal system, and strong demand for international expertise in areas such as construction, shipbuilding, industry, IT, and engineering. At the same time, Norway is known for strict compliance requirements. Many foreign companies are surprised by the number of registrations, reporting obligations, and deadlines that apply even before the first employee starts working.

The topic of the employee safety representative keeps coming back again and again - and for good reason. In Norway, the verneombud role is an essential part of workplace safety and company compliance.
