In Norway, the allmenngjøring system ensures that minimum wage rates established in collective agreements are made generally applicable across entire industries. Tariffnemnda has now published new minimum rates for eight key sectors covered by these rules. The changes will take effect on 15 June 2025 and result from the 2025 interim wage settlement (mellomoppgjøret 2025).
Note: On multi-day trips, the employer must pay for a minimum of 7.5 hours per day, excluding the first and last days of the trip.
