According to the regulation, employees who perform production, assembly and installation work in the shipbuilding industry are to have a minimum remuneration of:
Skilled worker: NOK 197,01
specialized worker: NOK 188,04
semi-skilled workers: NOK 179,17

With the exception of employees recruited in a given workplace, orders requiring an overnight stay away from home are remunerated in addition to the hourly base rate in the amount of:
 Skilled worker: NOK 39,40
specialized worker: NOK 37,61
semi-skilled workers: NOK 35,83

Additionally, for work between 21:00 and 6:00 a.m. there is an allowance, which should not be less than NOK 27 per hour.

Hotel and catering industry
employees aged 16: NOK 118.08
employees aged 17: NOK 127.58
employees aged 18: NOK 141.84
Beginner employees over 20 years of age or with more than 4 months of work experience over 18 years NOK 179,94

The new rates also apply to deductions from wages for accommodation on the company's premises:
single room: NOK 600.79 per month
double room: NOK 390.76 per month per person

Electrotechnical industry
Employees with a vocational training: NOK 234.14
Other workers: NOK 205.46

The most important issue is the calculation of the correct rates from December 15th 2022. The rates changed as a result of negotiations between the employers and employees' organizations do not have to be included in an annex to the employment contract or a new contract.
